*Cancellation is 72 hours before event with a 60% deposit loss non-refundable
*Payment due in full 24 hours prior to event date.
*Refund of deposit 48 hours after a 360 point inspection of all party rental equipments.
*Renters responsibility to make arrangements prior to booking must have a minimum space of 10x10x10
InMotion Pix will provide video recording of set up & 360 point inspection and continuously hours recorded for safety and precautions protocol.

No horse playing, jumping up and down, carrying anyone without supervision and approval prior to stepping onto 360 platform. Visually alcohol tipsy/fumbling/stumbling or any being unable to hold composure will be rejected to permit on and use of 360 photo booth. InMotion Pix are not liable nor responsible for any self caused accidents. Clothing, shoes, cell phones dropping, hair whipping in face on self or to other parties on platform. Any damages caused during rental hours, rental personnel will be charged for damages occurred and loss of deposit if damage amount exceeds deposit amount, additional damage charges may be added if declared complete loss.
